BIOGRAPHY

   Born on March 17, 1987 in the town of Arkadak, Saratov region. In 2004 finished high school № 2 (awarded with a medal for outstanding achievements) and won admission to the Russian Academy of Justice. Having graduated from it with  honours in 2009 and having law as his major, Alexey continued his postgraduate studies in the financial law department where he is currently working on his thesis. Has been awarded a military rank of a lieutenant of justice.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

    Alexey started his career as a legal advisor in the «OLMAStroy» Company in 2009. In December 2009 he joined Russian Academy of Lawyers and Notaries  in the position of a lecturer on state and legal disciplines. Since January 2011 Alexey is also a lecturer of the Russian State Social University (legal studies and juvenile justice department, subdepartment of constitutional and administrative law). At the same time since January 2010 up to now Alexey is an employee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (litigation department; department of legal groundwork in the sphere of property and labor relations).

SPHERE OF PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS

   Within the framework of his educational career Alexey lectures on the following subjects: administrative law, constitutional law of foreign countries, special courses in the field of administrative responsibility of legal entities,  civil service, constitutional foundations of a social state and man’s constitutional rights in the international law. Alexey has extensive experience of dealing with judicial system (military courts, regular courts, arbitration courts) and represents the interests of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in courts of different kinds. Besides, he deals with labour and property issues related to different enterprises and institutions. In his research activity Alexey gives preference to administrative responsibility issues and is an author of a number of articles. (See a full list).

HOBBIES

   While at school Alexey used to go into such sports as multiathlon, water polo and martial arts. He achieved best results in basketball and won several competitions both of regional and country scale. Alexey was quite active socially while a student: he used to be a headman of the group, a member of a students board, participated in theatrical productions and productions of the Club of the cheerful and sharp-witted. Alexey has always been interested in IT technologies, artistic photography, video shooting and editing. He is also a member of  young people non-governmental unions and organizations.
